The Polish version is the governing version. In the event of any discrepancy between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version prevails.

1. General provisions

These Terms of Use ("Terms") set out the rules for using the website available at trydreamai.app ("Site"), operated by Piotr Wosinek, trading under the brand Dream Apps, based in Częstochowa, Poland. Contact: info@dream-apps.pl.

2. Nature of the Site

The Site serves as a portfolio presenting mobile apps (for Android, iOS, Windows and Huawei) and websites created by Dream Apps. The Site does not allow you to purchase apps or goods directly — links to download apps redirect to external platforms (Google Play, App Store, Huawei AppGallery, Microsoft Store) or, for selected apps sold directly, to a download page with payment handled by Paddle. These platforms and payment providers have their own terms and privacy policies applicable within their own services.

3. Rules of use

By using the Site you agree not to take any action that could disrupt its proper functioning, including attempting unauthorised access to its resources, copying the site's source code for commercial purposes without consent, or distributing malicious software through it.

4. Intellectual property

Content published on the Site — including descriptions, graphics, app screenshots, logos and page layout — is the property of Dream Apps / Piotr Wosinek, or is used under applicable licences (e.g. app screenshots and icons sourced from Google Play and the App Store, shown for informational purposes). Copying and distributing this content without consent is prohibited, except as permitted under fair-use provisions of applicable law.

Individual apps presented on the Site are subject to separate licence terms set by their developer and by the distribution platforms on which they are made available.

5. Links to external sites and stores

The Site contains links to external sales platforms and to websites of Dream Apps' clients. We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy policies of these external services — we encourage you to review their own terms before using them.

6. Limitation of liability

We make efforts to keep the information presented on the Site (app descriptions, screenshots, availability status) up to date and accurate, but we do not guarantee its uninterrupted availability or complete accuracy — apps may be withdrawn from stores or updated independently of updates to this Site. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for damages arising from use or inability to use the Site.

7. Personal data and cookies

Rules for processing personal data and using cookies are described in the separate Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes arising from use of the Site will be resolved by the competent court in accordance with applicable regulations.

9. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms. The current version is always available at trydreamai.app/terms-of-use/.
